Information we collect

When you reserve a class, we collect your name, contact details, class selection, party size and any notes you provide. We keep reservation and payment-status records, and record whether you choose reservation texts, when you chose them, and the consent wording shown. Email updates are a separate choice.

How we use information

We use this information to manage classes, reservations, cancellations and customer support. If you choose reservation texts, we use your number for your booking confirmation, payment instructions and a reminder 48 hours before class. Booking without SMS consent remains available.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers necessary to deliver the text messaging service. Providers that host the website, store reservation records or deliver communications receive only information needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law.

Payments and outside links

Payments take place separately through the payment service you choose. We record payment status, but do not collect bank passwords or card details through the booking form. Payment services, Google Maps and Facebook have their own privacy policies.

Storage and your choices

We retain records as needed to administer bookings, resolve payment questions and meet recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion; some records may need to be retained. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The site uses browser storage for features such as referral tracking and administrative sign-in. Reply STOP to stop reservation texts. For privacy questions, email melaniebetty@gmail.com.
