Reservations and payment

A booking confirmation records your reservation; it is not proof of payment. Full payment is required at the price shown when booking. Follow the payment instructions and include your booking name and class date so Melanie can match the payment.

Cancellations and credits

Reservations and credits belong to the original customer and are non-transferable. Attendee substitutions and use of another person's credit are not permitted. Use the cancellation link in your reminder or contact Melanie if you cannot attend. The link cancels all seats in that reservation; contact Melanie for a partial-group cancellation. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund or credit. Contact Melanie about the cancellation policy displayed when booking and any payment or credit questions.

Reservation text messages

By checking the optional SMS box when booking, you agree to automated reservation texts from Melanie's Canvas and Cocktails at the number you provide. Messages include a booking confirmation with class and payment details and one reminder 48 hours before class with a cancellation link. Message frequency varies with reservations, normally up to two texts per booking. Bookings made less than 48 hours before class receive only the confirmation. Long messages may be delivered in multiple SMS segments. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may book without texts and save the confirmation details displayed on the website. This consent does not subscribe you to promotional or marketing texts.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts, or HELP for help. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Stopping texts does not cancel your reservation. To resume after stopping, reply START; reservation texts still require consent recorded with a booking. For help or cancellation assistance, email melaniebetty@gmail.com.

Message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your class date, time, venue and payment details even if a text is delayed.
